As a pet-friendly apartment community in New Albany, we proudly allow cats and dogs. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.
Pet Policy
- Huntley Ridge allows dogs and cats for a non-refundable pet fee of $300
- Pet Rent is $30 per month, per pet
- No more than two (2) pets
- We do not accept Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Dog, or any mix of these breeds. The property staff reserves the exclusive right to make the final determination as to dog breed.
